Running club

Sponsor: Britney Buyas

The club’s mission is to progressively train towards a friendly 5k race and build self-efficacy through group runs.

It isn't necessary to be an avid runner to join the club. We will use a training program to build endurance and stamina together, safely over time. This means the runs will increase in length and difficulty, but we will start at an attainable pace for everyone. This is also an opportunity to prepare for the cross country program that is offered at DTHS.

For more information, email Britney.buyas@apsb.org
